Refund/ Exchange policy

We checked all our products before delivery and appreciate your help to check on items upon receipt. No refunds allow. However, should you change your mind about your purchase before delivery for existing stock items, you may change your product to another item of the same or above actual purchase price by topping up the difference (while stocks last).

Any changes to the order must be communicated 3 days in advanced for existing stock items.

For pre-order items, Buyer will have to make payment first upon confirm order.
Buyer/ Seller will correspond either by email/ phone on the status of the order. No changes allowed upon confirmation of pre-oder items, however should there be no available stock(s) as per buyer's initial request by the committed date of delivery from seller, you can opt to change the purchase to another product of the same value or more by topping up the difference (while stocks last).

Payment must be made upon confirmation of order before delivery.
Payment acceptable by Internet Banking/ Bank Transfer within Singapore.
Other payment modes can be arrange for Overseas Buyers; to be agreed by both Buyer and Seller.

FREE delivery in Singapore; meeting points at MRT stations within Singapore unless otherwise agreed with both Buyer and Seller.

For posting within Singapore/ overseas delivery, shipping and handling charges are not refundable and at Buyer's cost.

Special offers may be subject to reduction by a return/exchange or cancellation.

All prices quoted are NOT subjected to GST and excludes shipping and handling charges unless otherwise stated (if any).
